Our products only leave Nancy Loves after vigourous inspection.

Due to the personalised nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns as they cannot be reused or resold.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described please contact us at your earliest convienience.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

All balloon orders placed up to 9pm, Monday to Thursday, can be made and dispatched the following day or on the day specified at the checkout if you're planning ahead. All Balloons are shipped with our courier on a tracked 24 service. If you require a weekend delivery please contact us as additional charges apply.

Wholesale and blank signage orders are cut to order and generally shipped within 1-2 days.  Orders that are 3D Acrylic or personalised are usually shipped within 3-4 working days (proofs must be accepted prior to manufacture)  and MDF items within 10-14 working days. Please check the shipping information on individual items before ordering.  Please note whilst every effort is made to get wholesale orders to you on your chosen day we may not be able to get them to you faster than stated.
