Don't worry, Nancy Loves include a Balloon Care Card with every order. But just in case you misplace it here is our advise. Nancy Loves takes pride in using the best quality components for your display. To ensure you get the most enjoyment out of your balloons, please follow the guidance below; 1) Please keep balloons away from extreme temperatures, (hot or cold) and direct sunlight. Do not store balloons outside in a car or garage. 2) Protect from contact with sharp objects. 3) Never leave children unattended with balloons. 4) CHOKING HAZARD - please dispose of all broken balloon parts and strings immediately. 5) Please enjoy your balloons responsibly and do not release the outside, they can get caught in power lines, harm wildlife and cause litter. 6) BE LATEX ALLERGY AWARE - some balloons are made of natural rubber called latex which can cause a reaction in those with a latex allergy.

Helium is a naturally occurinng inert gas. In is widely used in industry and safe to release into the air once you have finished enjoying you balloon. However, you should never inhale helium gas.

In the rare event that your parcel doesn't arrive, please let us know as soon as you can so we can investigate with our courier. If your parcel arrives damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery to enable us to claim with our courier. Under extreme circumstances, we can request claims up to 28 days after delivery, after this point, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund in any circumstance.

Naturally all our images are protected by copyright belonging to Nancy Loves. We do not allow the use of any of our images except in the following circumstances. Customers are free to use any of the images found in our disc, shape and prop sections under the condition that any image not protected by a Nancy Loves watermark is credited to Nancy Loves along with either a tag to our social media @nancyloveswholesale or a link to our website clearly marked each time the image is used. Where we have credited other artists these images are not available for use without consent from the artist in question. Images are not allowed to be altered or filtered in anyway from their original state. Nancy Loves does not give permission without prior written consent for any image found outside of our Disc, shapes and prop section to be used, unless the image has been shared on our social media platforms and the tag to our social media page is clearly present. There are over 100,000 basic fonts available and variations in pictures and depictions are almost endless, it is very difficult for us to have set items and packages available on our website to covers all eventualities. To help us provide the best service to you please contact us with your requirements. We will need to know colours, shapes and sizes, inspiration images are helpful however we cannot provide accurate quotations without size details. It is very difficult to guess sizes from a picture. We are closed for general collections at weekends, our offices are closed and phonelines are not manned at weekends. We can arrange collections via prior agreement however this is dependant on our weekend event schedule.

Generally we are available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at our Leicestershire depot. However on some occasions we may need to facilitate local deliveries, collections or attend event setups so it is best to give us a call before travelling to see us. Please note this does not effect event bookings which may be evenings and weekends also, naturally dependant on your requirements.

The cellular structure of the panel’s core is dense and, if manufactured to Palram’s high standards, does not contain voids or large air bubbles. Celuka PVC typically has a less dense core structure but has a harder “skin” on the outer surface which can sometimes result in chipping when cut.
