Shipping / Pick Up

Shipping Policy

Nancy Loves began our adventure selling locally, delivering personally or welcoming customers for collections.

We have ensured the same quality standard can be met using our postage systems through vigorous testing of all or shipping methods and third party couriers, and can offer named day shipping almost anywhere in the UK. Please note NI and Scottish Highland may be sent via separate courier and may take a little longer to arrive. 

For balloons, orders placed up to 9pm can be prepared and dispatched the following day, or for your chosen date if in the future.

If you require a weekend delivery please contact us we can often accommodate this request with a small additional courier charge.

All our packaging is purpose made or adapted to help ensure your products arrive exactly as we send them.

All of our MDF props, blanks, cardboard cutouts and signs are cut to order to your specification we do not stock or store cut shapes in stock and as a result we cannot accept returns of these items Please ensure you check your sizes, colours and materials are to specification prior to purchase.


For all non-balloon orders, please see shipping terms on individual items. Please note, if you are purchasing items with different shipping times, your order will be sent altogether once all items are prepared. 

Nearly all of our parcels are shipped with Parcelforce, the UK's leading parcel delivery company. Despite their exceptional service on occasions delays may occur with goods in transit. Although these instances are extremely rare, we do not accept liability and cannot guarantee shipping times. Returns and refunds are not accepted so please make sure you order in good time for your event/special occasion

Please note Nancy Loves will only send to the address verified and we do not give instruction for parcels to be left in safe places or at addresses other that the addresses specified. Nancy Loves cannot accept any liability for lost parcels where instructions are provided to our courier to leave parcels in safe places or at another address than the item is addressed to.

Please note that missed deliveries are returned to our couriers depot, tracking about your parcel is updated and can can be viewed via the tracking information shared in our dispatch email and via your contact with our courier. After a short period parcels are returned to us, as all our items are cut to order we temporarily store them for a further 7 days before disposing of them. If you wish the item to be shipped again additional postage will apply.

Click and Collect Service

Nancy Loves operate a flexible collection service for customers close by.

Simply select local collection at the checkout, nominate you collection day and check out our opening times before coming to see us.

If you need collection outside these times then give us a call or contact us to arrange out of hours collection.

Local delivery can be arranged by our in house team, please contact us to discuss your requirements, fees apply.

Return & Exchange Policy

As the majority of our items are personalised, perishable or related to food and drink we cannot accept any returns. As a result please ensure you double check your basket before checking out.

In the unlikely event you receive items damaged or not as described please contact us within 24 hours. 

Your statutory rights are not effected.
