In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described please contact us at your earliest convienience.

All mdf props must be installed into any bases prior to painting and checked for defects. We are unable to refund or replace any mdf prop after it has been used or painted in any circumstance. 

Your statutory rights are not affected.

These are cut to order in house and are generally ready for collection within 10-14 days. THIS ITEM CANNOT BE SHIPPED - COLLECTION ONLY.
