We do not accept returns of this product once packaging has been opened.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described please contact us at your earliest convienience.

In the event of this item being returned shipping costs are deducted prior to refund of the item.

All balloon orders placed up to 9pm, Monday to Thursday, can be made and dispached the following day or on the day specified at the checkout if you're planning ahead. All Balloons are shipped with Parcelforce on a tracked 24 service. If you require a weekend delivery please contact us as additional charges apply.

Wholesale and signage orders are cut to order and generally shipped within 1-2 days. These are shipped with Pacel Force on a tracked 24 service. Please note whilst every effort is made to get wholesale orders to you on your chosen day we may not be able to get them to you faster than stated.

Made from polycarbonate, the razor type blades are hard enough to do the job, but unlike metal blades they are far less likely to leave scratch marks. Always try on an inconspicuous area first.
