Our products only leave Nancy Loves after vigourous inspection.
Due to the personalised nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns as they cannot be reused or resold.

These are made and ready to ship. These normally arrive in 2-3 days, due to their size they require a different workflow with the courier.
Shipping days do not include weekends.
Collection from our Leicestershire warehouse is available between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Saturday upon request.
Out of hours collection can be arranged, just ask.
All balloon orders placed up to 9pm, Monday to Thursday, can be made and dispached the following day or on the day specified at the checkout if you're planning ahead. All Balloons are shipped with Parcelforce on a tracked 24 service. If you require a weekend delivery please contact us as additional charges apply.
Wholesale and signage orders are cut to order and generally shipped within 1-2 days. These are shipped with Pacel Force on a tracked 24 service. Please note whilst every effort is made to get wholesale orders to you on your chosen day we may not be able to get them to you faster than stated.
