Boards are all 3mm thick.

Our products only leave Nancy Loves after vigourous inspection.

Due to the personalised nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns as they cannot be reused or resold.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described please contact us at your earliest convienience.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Blank Discs/Shapes are usually shipped within 1-2 Working Days.

Orders will be shipped with Parcelforce on a tracked 24hr service.

Collections can be arranged from our Leicestershire Workshop between 9.30am and 4.30pm Monday - Thursday.
