These items are made to order, Nancy Loves do not hold these in stock. 

Our products only leave Nancy Loves after vigourous inspection.

Due to the personalised nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns as they cannot be reused or resold.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described please contact us at your earliest convienience.

All mdf props must be installed into any bases prior to painting and checked for defects. We are unable to refund or replace any mdf prop after it has been used or painted in any circumstance. 

Your statutory rights are not affected.

All MDF props are made-to-order and supplied unfinished.

Customers must prepare items before painting: sanding edges, filling minor marks, and priming.

Minor cosmetic marks, furring, or light knocks are normal and repairable.

Boards/props are inspected prior to dispatch to ensure they meet quality standards.

Consumer Rights Act 2015 Alignment

Goods are of satisfactory quality and as described, taking into account the material and price.

Cosmetic marks or preparation steps for unfinished MDF do not constitute faults.

MDF Props are usually shipped within 10 – 14 Working Days

Orders will be shipped with DX on a tracked 24hr service.

Collections can be arranged from our Leicestershire Workshop between 9.30am and 4.30pm Monday - Thursday.
