Due to the personalised nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns as they cannot be reused or resold.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described please contact us at your earliest convienience.

All mdf props must be installed into any bases prior to painting and checked for defects. We are unable to refund or replace any mdf prop after it has been used or painted in any circumstance. 

Your statutory rights are not affected.

All balloon orders placed up to 9pm, Monday to Thursday, can be made and dispatched the following day or on the day specified at the checkout if you're planning ahead. All Balloons are shipped with Parcelforce on a tracked 24 service. If you require a weekend delivery please contact us as additional charges apply.

Blank signage orders are cut to order and generally shipped within 1-2 days. These are shipped with ParcelForce on a tracked 24 service. Please note whilst every effort is made to get wholesale orders to you on your chosen day we may not be able to get them to you faster than stated.

Flower Boxes  are generally shipped within 5-7 days. 

Palight letter boxes are usually shipped within 10-14 working days. 

3D, layered and personalised acrylic is generally shipped within 3-4 working days - please see individual items for shipping information. 

Collection can be arrange from our Leicestershire workshop.

Boxes are made from 10mm white composite plastic. 

Boxes slot together easily and come apart after usage for storage.

Price is for all 4 sides with your chosen letter. If you need to make the whole box, please add the lid and base to your order.
