All our balloons leave Nancy Loves protected with specialised packaging meaning you should expect your item to be delivered in perfect condition.

Due to the perishable nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns as they cannot be reused or resold.

In the unlikely event that your balloons do not reach you in a satisfactory condition, your statutory rights are not effected.

All items ordered before 9pm can be made and shipped the following day for next day delivery, excluding weekends. You can also select your prefered delivery date at the checkout if you are planning ahead. Please note we are unable to deliver on Sundays. Orders placed at weekends will be delivers on the following Tuesday or on your selected date.

Collection from our Leicestershire warehouse is available between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Saturday upon request.

Out of hours collection can be arranged, just ask.
